ZIM-approach is:
Based on an open, dynamic concept of culture which involves the diversity approach, the description of cultural differences as well as other categories, such as social class, education, religion, age, gender or culture expansion.

The training goal is:
Especially focused on the teaching practice-strategies for understanding the activities in foreign countries and work in multicultural teams, preventing misunderstandings, different demands on leadership and communication needs.

Our training spectrum consists of:

  • Cross-cultural training for students, lecturers, and lecturers of the HS-Bremen
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Intercultural Management: leadership, team processes, communication, negotiation
  • Diversity Management
  • Countries preparation (e.g. Brazil, China, Indonesia, South Africa)
  • Returnee Seminars
